We stand behind the quality, durability, and fit of every garment we produce. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, our return and cancellation protocols are strictly outlined below to ensure a seamless process.

I. Order Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage or has been dispatched to our courier network, it cannot be intercepted or canceled. In such cases, you will need to receive the package and initiate a standard return.

II. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or size exchange, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. The garment must meet the following strict criteria:

• The item is completely unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors or marks.
• All original branded tags, labels, and packaging remain fully intact and attached.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

III. Policy Exceptions

Select items are considered final sale. Discounted merchandise, clearance items, and exclusive limited-edition releases cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect upon arrival.

To initiate a request, please contact our team via the details below. Please note that standard return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the fulfillment error was made directly by Drip Bangladesh.
